Avenga is looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team full-time. As a Senior Business Analyst/ Product Owner will drive strategic business initiatives by analyzing complex business processes, eliciting requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate change, optimize processes, and ensure our business solutions meet both operational and strategic goals.

- This is you_
- 5+ years of experience on BA/Product related positions
- Proficient user of BPM
- Experience in the Betting Industry
- Solid understanding of the overall system architectural design and system dependencies (between different services/modules)




- Ability to differentiate between front-end and back-end functionalities
- Clear understanding of system integration through APIs — be able to draft a sequence diagram that outlines the process end-to-end and perform data mapping.- Successful practical experience in establishing and complying to the change management process
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice-to-have skills:
- A degree in a CS or Computer Engineering discipline or equivalent

_ This is your role_
- Work with the stakeholders and product managers to analyze data and align product roadmap to strategic goals
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Work closely with key roles such as Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure requirements clarity
