The Team

A&M;'s established European Financial & Operational Restructuring practice advises companies, investors and lender groups in complex restructuring processes to evaluate the risks and opportunities of a company's business plan, manage short term liquidity pressure, stabilise financial and operational performance, assess restructuring options,



be the lead financial advisor through a restructuring transaction and implement comprehensive profitability, working capital improvements and restructuring solutions in order to maximize outcomes for our clients. Working directly with company boards and management teams on behalf of our clients, A&M; stabilises crisis situations, drives agreement between stakeholders and creates a stable platform to drive growth.

How you will contribute

As part of a select and highly skilled team you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects in which you will advise management, shareholders, investors, lenders or other stakeholders facing distressed processes:
- [Financial Restructuring] Support companies, shareholders and/or lenders in refinancing/restructuring processes, analysing the Financial & Operational performance of the Company and its capital structure (including IBRs) and designing, negotiating and executing sustainable solutions
