Main function and scope:
Core Functions:
- Design and develop software architectures that connect robotic systems with network infrastructures and higher-level services.- Develop middleware, APIs and integration layers for distributed and heterogeneous systems.
- Contribute to the design of reliable, maintainable and scalable software frameworks for operational environments.
- Integrate networking, telemetry, command and control, data exchange and monitoring capabilities into robotic or cyber-physical systems.
- Analyse system-level requirements and translate them into robust software designs and implementation plans.
- Identify integration risks, diagnose complex failures and propose corrective actions across interfaces and subsystems.
- Participate in software validation, performance evaluation and deployment activities.




- Collaborate in the technical planning of multidisciplinary projects with software, electronics, control, mechanical and systems engineering teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, software quality and architectural consistency.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar.
- Strong experience in systems integration, network communications and software architecture design.
- Solid programming skills in C++ and Python, with the ability to develop production-quality software. Experience with communication protocols, inter-process communication, service-oriented architectures or middleware technologies.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, modular design, testing and maintainability.
