Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
Bennett & Game are representing a growing and well-established construction consultancy who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Northern team.
The successful candidate will join a business providing professional Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management and wider construction consultancy services across a broad range of sectors. Their project portfolio includes residential, healthcare, commercial, education, refurbishment and fit-out schemes, offering exposure to varied and interesting work.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to continue progressing their career within a supportive and growing team. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and Directors, gaining exposure to a diverse project portfolio while taking increasing responsibility for their own work.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Deliver pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across a varied project portfolio
* Assist with cost planning, estimating, tender documentation and Bills of Quantities
* Support procurement processes and the management of subcontract packages
* Prepare valuations, variations, cost reports and final account information
* Monitor project costs and assist with commercial reporting and change management
* Attend client, site and project meetings as required
* Work closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors while developing responsibility for your own projects

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a construction env
