As an R&D; Software Operating Manager, you will lead the software engineering activities providing Connectivity applications and components for Keysight products and industry solutions.
The role includes managing a team of software engineers and the processes of producing and supporting software products. Lead and manage software engineering teams responsible for Keysight IO Libraries and related Connectivity components.
~ Drive project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication throughout the product lifecycle




~ Oversee DevOps and Quality practices and modernization, without direct line reporting, to improve efficiency, quality and product security compliance.
~ Support long-term platform strategy by aligning software capabilities with future architecture and system integration needs.
~ Develop team capability through mentoring, resource planning, and effective workload management across multiple strategic initiatives and various R&D; partners. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
~7+ years of experience in relevant software development.
~ Experience leading R&D; efforts in complex system such as test & measurement or similar hardware-intensive environments.
~ Experience working with scrum or other agile methodologies.
~ Familiarity with system architecture and hardware/software co-design.
