Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and functional support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Represent major international brands within the Customer Support Services industry by maintaining professional and empathetic communication standards.




Troubleshoot client inquiries and resolve service-related challenges with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain detailed case documentation in the internal database to ensure optimal tracking and service quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate complex technical issues.
Stay updated on service protocols and industry best practices to ensure continuous service excellence.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction and high retention rates for our prestigious clients.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless onboarding and relocation.
Proficiency in English for corporate reporting and internal communication.
Prior experience in a Customer Support Services role or related BPO field is highly regarded.
