We are currently seeking talented professionals for the French Speaking Customer Experts for Dyson position in Greece, a role within the high-innovation consumer electronics industry. Key Responsibilities
Deliver world-class technical support to customers regarding Dyson’s premium range of consumer electronics.
Maintain high levels of brand advocacy by providing tailored solutions for sophisticated vacuum cleaners, hair care tools, and air purifiers.
Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with precision and professionalism.




Document customer feedback to assist in the continuous improvement of consumer electronics product performance.
Efficiently navigate internal CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of all technical support cases.
Collaborate with international teams to share best practices for French-speaking jobs and customer satisfaction.
Educate clients on product maintenance and features to ensure they receive maximum value from their Dyson devices.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A deep passion for consumer electronics and modern technology.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ideally gained in a customer-centric environment.
