Job Overview
We are currently hiring for the French Speaking Customer Experts for Miele position in Greece, an exciting opportunity within the premium consumer electronics industry. You will serve as a brand ambassador for a world-renowned name, ensuring excellence in every customer interaction while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle that only jobs in Greece can offer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support for Miele’s high-end consumer electronics products via phone, email, and chat.
Assist French-speaking customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Miele’s latest household appliances to offer precise solutions.
Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM to drive product improvement and satisfaction.




Resolve complex issues with the empathy and professionalism that define the Miele brand experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency.
Continuously meet performance KPIs while contributing to the high standards of our consumer electronics support hub.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the consumer electronics sector.
Strong digital literacy and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment based in Greece.
Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering premium service.
A proactive attitude toward continuous learning and professional development.
