Regional Director, EMEA

One of our customers runs more than forty separate Talkpush instances — the UK, France, DACH, Poland, Portugal, Türkiye, Greece, the Baltics, the Nordics, Egypt, South Africa, and more. Someone has to own that relationship, and the rest of our EMEA portfolio with it, and make sure the technology underneath it actually works.

That is this job. It is not a portfolio of logos to check in on quarterly. It is a region, a revenue number, a delivery burden, and two engineers.

Location: Fully remote, Madrid. You must work EMEA business hours.
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Direct reports: Two Solution Engineers
Compensation: $80,000–$125,000 OTE, commensurate with experience

What you will do
- Manage and grow the client portfolio across Europe, the Middle East and Africa
- Own and drive client renewals, including identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead the implementation and rollout of new projects and solutions for existing clients
- Ensure strong adoption and effective utilisation of the platform by clients
- Oversee client success initiatives and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate closely with technical and product teams to project-manage client integrations and implementations
- Serve as the primary regional point of contact for strategic client relationships and operational alignment
- Directly manage and support the performance and development of two Solution Engineers
- Contribute to broader general technical and operational initiatives by providing strategic input, regional expertise and market insights
