Key Responsibilities
Deliver world-class customer service by handling inbound inquiries regarding accommodation bookings and travel modifications.
Maintain a high standard of professional communication in the tourism sector to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist travelers with booking adjustments, payment queries,



and general travel information via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve complex reservation issues efficiently to maintain the high service standards associated with Booking.com.
Collaborate with international hotel partners to verify booking details and streamline the guest experience.
Identify opportunities to provide value-added services, enhancing the overall quality of our tourism service offerings.
Meet and exceed performance indicators related to resolution time, accuracy, and customer loyalty.
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for the tourism industry and global travel.
Previous experience in customer support or reservations is considered a significant advantage.
