Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and management experience.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our Parent and Child Assessment Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, assessment, and support for parents and their children while maintaining full compliance with Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Provide strong leadership to staff, ensuring a positive and nurturing environment for parents and children.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the unit operates in full compliance with Ofsted regulations, The Residential Family Centres (Amendment) Regulations 2013, and the Quality Standards.
Parenting Assessments:



Oversee the completion of comprehensive parenting assessments using evidence-based models to evaluate parental capacity and child welfare. Complete parenting assessments at times when needed.
Quality Assurance : Ensure any reports, documents and write ups by support staff going external clients are quality assured to sufficient standard.
Safeguarding: Ensure robust safeguarding policies and procedures are implemented, protecting children and vulnerable families from harm.
Staff Supervision & Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled professionals, providing supervision, appraisals, and ongoing development in line with safer recruitment processes.
Service Improvement: Drive continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality services through audits, feedback, and best practice implementation.
Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work effectively with social workers, local authorities, health professionals, and legal teams to support assessment processes and family intervention
