DEMAND PLANNING INTERN Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for an analytical, proactive and detail-oriented Demand Planning Intern to join our Planning team at our Barcelona HQ. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the EU Planning team in day-to-day planning activities. You will work closely with Demand Planners and cross-functional teams to help maintain forecasts, prepare reports, analyze data and contribute to planning process improvements in an international and dynamic environment. - Support Demand Planners in maintaining forecasts
- Prepare planning files and analyze demand trends
- Help consolidate planning information Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare and update reports in Excel, SAP and Power BI
- Monitor key KPIs including Forecast Accuracy,



Inventory, Backorders and Sell-in/Sell-out
- Ensure data quality Inventory Analysis
- Support inventory reviews
- Analyze stock levels, Months of Supply and End-of-Life (EOL) inventory
- Help identify inventory risks and opportunities Seasonal Buy Process
- Support Buy Planning activities
- Help prepare forecast files, Buy Logs and planning reports
- Validate planning data Continuous Improvement
- Help improve reports, templates and planning tools
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives Position requirements:

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and numerical xqbhyrx skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Power BI and SAP are a plus
- Fluent in English
- Interest in data analytics, automation and AI tools is a plus Competences:
