We are looking for an organised, proactive and committed Operations Technician to join an international company in the nutraceutical sector, currently in an exciting phase of growth and expansion.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic, international environment and contribute directly to the smooth running of logistics and operational activities.

Location: Madrid

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Working model: On-site

Schedule: Flexible start time between 8:00 and 9:00, finishing between 17:00 and 18:00. Intensive working hours on Fridays and during summer.

What will you do?

- Handle logistics processes and import/export documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers and clients worldwide.
- Maintain accurate operational records, filing and documentation.
- Support the administrative side of logistics and operations.




- Resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.

What are we looking for?

- University degree is required.
- High level of English, as you will communicate regularly with international forwarders and clients.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, import/export or administrative roles will be valued.
