Our Valencia office is the commercial hub for the region, and we are growing. About the role: Expect 40–60 outbound calls per day, supported by a high volume of email follow-up. - Identify and contact prospective clients across international shipping markets
- Make 40–60 outbound calls per day and manage the email follow-up that comes with them
- Qualify opportunities, quote, negotiate and close
- Manage and develop your own portfolio of accounts once established
- Work closely with the wider Valencia commercial desk and the group's international offices

What we are looking for:

- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Genuine comfort and confidence on the telephone — this role lives on the phone
- A hunter mentality: self-motivated,

- Willingness to learn the ship supply and shipping industry from the ground up
- Based in Valencia, or willing to relocate No prior industry experience is required. We will teach you the market. xqbhyrx

Nice to have:

- A second language — Spanish, Mandarin, Italian, Turkish, German, Greek or a Scandinavian language are all of particular value to us
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales or account management
- Experience in a commodity, logistics, freight or B2 B trading environment
