In Cross Hands , we're looking for a Community Support Worker on a casual basis, with hours that flex around you. This role is open to male applicants only, as a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
In Llanelli (SA15 3) , we're looking for someone for 4 hours a week, ideal as a top-up alongside other commitments. This role is open to female applicants only, as a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.



BSL Level 3 or first-language BSL is essential for this role.
No previous experience is necessary. We provide full training from day one, so if you're patient, reliable, and want to make a real difference, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who is:

This role might include supporting people with:
- Everyday activities and staying active in their community
- Communication, using BSL where relevant
- Attending appointments and learning new skills
