We're recruiting on behalf of a huge, state-of-the-art automotive dealership in Berkshire, offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to take charge of a high-performing operation featuring a 20-ramp workshop, significant aftersales volume, and a well-established team.
This is a flagship site with ambitious growth plans and requires a proven leader who can drive performance, profitability and customer satisfaction at the highest level.
?? The Role
As Aftersales Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the Service, Parts and Workshop departments, ensuring the operation runs efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service and commercial results.

? Maximise departmental profitability and performance
? Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and retention
? Monitor and improve key aftersales KPIs
? Oversee Service, Parts and Workshop operations
? Develop and implement growth strategies
? Coach and support departmental managers and team members
?? About You
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you'll need:
?? Current or recent experience as an Aftersales Manager
?? Experience managing a large, high-volume dealership
?? A proven track record of delivering strong commercial and operational performance
?? Excellent leadership and people management skills
?? Strong understanding of workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability
?? The ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment
