Salary - £110,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

The business operates across build-to-rent, multi-family, affordable housing, specialist living and other high-density residential sectors , with a growing portfolio of major projects. Its experience includes high-rise developments, large-scale regeneration and complex residential schemes, with a strong focus on quality, programme certainty and commercial performance.
With a substantial forward pipeline and projects extending across multiple regions, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Director to join a growing business and take a senior leadership position within its commercial function.

The Role
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Director to be based from its Warrington office.




This is a senior leadership position with overall responsibility for the commercial and Quantity Surveying function across major high-rise residential and multi-family construction projects .
You will provide strategic and operational commercial leadership across multiple projects, working closely with the senior management, estimating, procurement, design, planning and operational teams to ensure projects are commercially successful from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing strategic leadership across the commercial and Quantity Surveying function
- Overseeing the commercial performance of major high-rise residential construction projects
- Taking overall responsibility for commercial strategy, cost control, forecasting and profitability
- Leading and developing the commercial and Quantity Surveying teams
- Providing clear direction to Commercial Managers, Senior Quantity Surveyors
