Job Description The CRM & Direct Sales Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the customer relationship management and direct sales teams. The role focuses on managing and motivating team members to achieve sales targets, enhance customer engagement, and deliver excellent service through effective use of CRM systems and direct sales strategies. The position requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and develop the CRM and direct sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Plan and implement sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives using CRM tools to maximise revenue and customer retention.
- Monitor team performance,



analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching, training and support to team members to enhance skills and deliver consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service teams to ensure integrated sales and customer management strategies.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding and performance appraisals of team members within the CRM and direct sales functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations and relevant industry standards in all sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance, customer insights and team development.
- Drive continuous process improvement and adoption of best practises within the CRM and direct sales teams.
- Manage budgets related to team activities, resources and tools effectively.
