Working on behalf of our client, we are hiring for a floor layer to start work ASAP in Wrexham. The idóneo candidate will work for around 6 weeks and be able to commute to Wrexham throughout the week.
Key Duties
- Install commercial sheet vinyl flooring to a high standard.
- Prepare subfloors prior to installation where required.
- Measure, cut and fit vinyl flooring accurately.
- Hot weld vinyl joints using your own welding equipment.
- Ensure all flooring is finished to a high-quality standard.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines during the school shutdown.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Liaise with site management and work alongside other trades as required.

What we are looking for
- Experience cutting and welding vinyl flooring
- Own tools and PPE including a vinyl flooring welder
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work to tight deadlines.

What our client can offer in return
- £200/day + travel
- Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
- Roughly 6 weeks worth of work
