Contract type: Part Time 20 hours per week - No weekends but must be versátil
Rate: £13.77 per hour

About the roleOur Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- general maintenance
- decorating
- gardening
- plumbing
- tiling
- carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks.
