About the role Prevention & Early Intervention offers support and input to empower people to remain living independently in their own homes and communities, providing information and support to enable them to function independently for longer preventing and delaying the need for care and support.
Sensory Services are a specialist team including qualified Vision Rehabilitation Specialists who have specialist knowledge in all aspects of; sight loss, hard of hearing/deafness and dual sensory loss/deaf blindness.
