Flexibility deserves recognition and we deliver. As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, youll provide the adaptability our service relies on.
- Competitive salary: £50,669 basic salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £57,000
- Weekly variety: Youll work the on average 40 hours per week across the year, receiving your roster seven days in advance with your core working hours confirmed three days prior.
- Thrive outside of 9-5: Shifts will fall between 06:00 and 02:00, and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Where youll work Youll be part of the Reading cluster, covering areas like Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Henley-on-Thames, Crowthorne, Sandhurst. We organise work locally so you can start and finish at home, focusing your day on getting members back on the road in your local area. What youll need: Either:
- NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years experience
or
- 5+ years experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
and
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
