We are recruiting on behalf of a successful Building Services / Compliance specialist, who have a busy Commissioning and HVAC department. They are seeking a HVAC Commissioning Engineer who will easily integrate into their team of engineers. You will be travelling to a range of sites to perform commissioning and balancing of various water and air systems, ensuring to deliver works to a high standard. Experience / Qualifications:-Hands-on experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer-Will have worked within a well-established outfit-It would be advantageous to hold CSA grades-Fully conversant in CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines-Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills-Hardworking attitude
The Role:-Balancing of CHW, LTHW and process water systems-Commissioning of water and air and HVAC systems-Inspecting AHUs-Evaluating overall performance of systems and highlighting any required works-Working to agreed deadlines and project scopes-Collating details to produce regular technical reports-Providing updates to clients and answering any technical queries-Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
