Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the specialist Private Client & Trust Services team, overseeing workflow, WIP,



billing, recoveries, and performance appraisals.
- Deliver high-level advisory solutions covering Trusts, Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), offshore structures, and international tax matters.
- Oversee and lead the Personal and Trust Tax compliance framework, maintaining overall review and sign-off authority for complex returns.
- Ensure full departmental compliance across 60-day CGT Returns, the Trust Registration Service (TRS), Trust IHT Returns, and CRS reporting.
- Act as a senior point of contact for HMRC, external professional advisers, and high-net-worth clients, managing complex tax risks proactively.
- Drive business development initiatives, networking, and technical content generation to support regional market growth.
