A high-growth FMCG manufacturer is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who can drive performance, influence decision-making, and play a key role in shaping future growth.
If you're commercially sharp, confident partnering with non-finance teams, and ready to make a visible impact, this role will give you the autonomy and pace you're looking for.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial, Sales and Operations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
- Deliver value-adding variance analysis and commercial insight
- Build and maintain financial models for investment decisions & scenario planning
- Monitor KPIs and commercial metrics to highlight risks & opportunities
- Drive margin improvement and cost optimisation initiatives





What You'll Bring

- Advanced Excel and financial systems capability
