As System Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of a secure, scalable, and cost-efficient platform. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define standards and drive architectural decisions that impact performance, security, and reliability. You will design microservices and platform components, mentor engineers, and guide phased migrations to modern architectures. This role offers the chance to shape a high-impact, enterprise-grade infrastructure that enables real-time orchestration at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design microservices and platform features from concept to production-ready specifications
• Create technical designs and proofs-of-concept in Golang
• Architect secure, fault-tolerant systems with automated failover and encryption
• Plan migrations, legacy deprecation, and phased implementations
• Review designs, lead architecture reviews, and drive cross-team decision making
• Collaborate with Product, Security, SRE, and Infra to set platform-wide standards
• Lead threat modeling and drive consensus on platform initiatives




• Mentor engineers on architectural best practices and complex challenges
• Produce ADRs, runbooks, API specs, and visual system diagrams
• Develop zero-downtime migration strategies and define acceptance criteria
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years building scalable distributed systems
• 3+ years in System/Platform Architect roles
• Proven experience with large microservice environments and monoliths
• Strong Golang production coding skills
• Proficiency with Protocol Buffers, gRPC, WebSockets, Kafka, PostgreSQL (partitioning, HA)
• Security u0026 Authentication: OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT, mTLS, encryption, zero-trust xqbhyrx
• Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform, distributed patterns (Saga, circuit breakers)
• Experience handling millions of requests per day
• Excellent technical writing and cross-team communication
• Experience planning phased implementations and leading cross-team projects
• Track record with feature flags, gradual rollouts, and zero-downtime deployments
• Ability to facilitate architectural decisions and create roadmaps
• Mentorship mindset and cost-analysis capabilities
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows in system analysis
