In this Engineering Manager role you shape the core cloud foundations that power N26’s self-service platform. You lead a team of engineers focused on cloud architecture, multi-account AWS management, and secure, automated infrastructure. You drive the long-term platform roadmap and ensure scalability, resilience, and security across the developer experience. You collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Security to align priorities and promote platform adoption, delivering developer-centric platform products at scale.

• Define and execute the Cloud Foundations roadmap to transform cloud capabilities into self-service, developer-friendly products
• Empower engineering teams to autonomously provision infrastructure, manage secrets, and deploy workloads via APIs, tooling, and guardrails
• Oversee core platform capabilities (AWS management, Account Vending Machine, Access Management, Organisation setup u0026 Cloud Baseline), IaC (Terraform), and Privileged Access Platform
• Lead,
coach and retain a high-performing team of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and platform engineers
• Advance operational maturity with automation, observability, resiliency, and secure-by-default practices
• Partner with Security, Architecture, and Product to align priorities and drive platform adoption across the business
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience leading platform, cloud infrastructure, SRE or DevOps teams in scale-up or enterprise environments
• Deep experience in AWS cloud architecture and multi-account management xqbhyrx frameworks
• Track record transforming foundational cloud infrastructure into self-service platform solutions for developers
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Experience with platform engineering principles, observability, automation, and secure-by-default architectures
