In this role, you shape AI-enabled software at Allianz Technology’s BMP Retail team, driving AI-first engineering practices and Spec-Driven Development. You will design scalable, production-ready solutions that accelerate delivery while upholding governance and quality. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into concrete AI solutions and specifications. You will work on AI agents, data schemas, API contracts, and secure integrations, delivering measurable business impact in a integral setting.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and success criteria
• Design end-to-end AI-enabled solutions with domain models, API contracts, data schemas, and decision rules
• Promote Spec-Driven Development as a single source of truth to enable AI-assisted generation, testing, and documentation
• Develop and integrate AI-powered tools, agents, and orchestrators across the software delivery lifecycle
• Architect robust integrations with internal APIs, databases, search platforms, and enterprise services with governance and security in mind
• Deliver scalable backend services, APIs, data layers, and frontend capabilities for BMP Retail products
• Improve AI agents, prompts, specifications,



and evaluation frameworks to boost quality and business value
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, demonstrations, and troubleshooting of complex issues
• Contribute to effort estimation, feasibility assessments, and technical decisions within agile teams
• Promote engineering excellence through best practices, automation, and knowledge sharing
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies)
• Practical knowledge xqbhyrx of Spec-Driven Development, Contract-First Design, using OpenAPI/AsyncAPI/JSON Schema/Protocol Buffers
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions (Azure/AWS/OCI) with CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of software architecture and integration patterns (API-first, EDA, Hexagonal, microservices, Kafka)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and translating business requirements into scalable solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English proficiency (B2+)
