As a key member of the Product Management team, you will be the subject-matter expert for Kudelski Security's Managed Risk and Exposure (MRX) offering, covering CTEM, RBVM, credential leak/identity exposure, and posture management. You will evaluate new technology and automate deployment at scale while aligning MRX with the MDR offering through shared data and signals. You’ll collaborate with Product, Operational, Detection, Engineering, and GTM teams to drive strategy and implementations. This role combines hands-on integration with architectural strategy to scale secure solutions.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end technical and operational integration of CTEM technologies into the MRX backend platform and services
• Act as internal SME on CTEM domain, tracking market and vendor capabilities
• Define bi-directional data and signal sharing between MRX and MDR
• Evaluate exposure management, RBVM, credential leak, and posture management products for integration into Kudelski Security offerings
• Contribute to MRX strategy and align with cross-team objectives
• Assess risk visibility and exposure reduction capabilities of new technologies with MDR team
• Identify and mitigate integration hurdles in collaboration with platform and service architects
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement MRX services at scale




• Ensure smooth transition of new tech into day-to-day MRX operations
• Serve as technical contact with exposure management and RBVM partners, guiding roadmap and priorities
Responsabilidades
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience
• Proven experience designing, integrating and implementing secure systems
• Hands-on experience with CTEM tooling (risk-based vulnerability management, exposure management, breach simulation, attack-path analysis, credential leak monitoring, posture management)
• Experience with one or more exposure management/RBVM vendors (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management, Microsoft Security Exposure Management) is a plus
• xqbhyrx Understanding of integration of exposure/risk data with MDR workflows is a plus
• Experience in MDR/MSSP environments is a plus
• Strong scripting and automation abilities
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with MITRE ATTu0026CK
• Track record of designing and implementing tools to support SOCs
• Ability to plan and execute at strategic and operational levels
