In this role you will oversee and advance the Power Platform and data solutions ecosystem for integral Engineering and adjacent functions. You will blend hands-on solution development with data modeling, automation, analytics and leadership to digitalize processes across Engineering, Finance, Ru0026amp;D and Operations. You’ll shape scalable Power Platform-based apps, dashboards and workflows, while coordinating with international stakeholders and external IT partners. This is a chance to drive impact through modern digital tooling in a global industrial setting.

• Maintain and optimize Power Platform-based apps, automations and reports
• Lead technical design and delivery of new digitalization initiatives across Engineering and adjacent functions
• Model Dataverse data, ensure data governance and integration with sources like Planner Premium and ERP/PLM
• Develop Power Apps, Automate processes, create Power BI semantic models and analytics
• Troubleshoot,



document and contribute to lifecycle management practices
• Provide technical guidance, training and user support to global stakeholders
• Coordinate external IT service providers to ensure delivery quality and alignment with business needs
Responsabilidades
• 5-7 years of professional experience in business apps, data analytics, BI or related fields
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency in end-to-end design, deployment and maintenance of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, xqbhyrx Power BI, advanced Excel)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical mindset and structured communication, ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Autonomous, proactive, organized, and capable in an international environment
• English fluency; Spanish/German a plus
• Experience with AI, big data, Python or advanced analytics is a plus
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Azure are advantageous
