In this global category role you will lead contingent labor strategy and MSP/VMS implementation, shaping how professional and white-collar work is procured. You will work across HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to optimize value, risk, and service quality. The role combines strategic sourcing with vendor management to improve cost, time-to-fill, and supplier performance. You’ll contribute to Schneider Electric’s sustainable and inclusive culture while delivering scalable procurement solutions. You will drive transformative changes in how the organization sources talent.

• Develop and execute a global contingent labor strategy focused on professional and white-collar workforces.
• Lead end-to-end MSP and VMS implementation across multiple regions.
• Standardize temporary labor procurement processes, including rate cards, supplier consolidation, scorecarding, and compliance tracking.




• Manage the full RFP process for contingent labor providers and professional services firms.
• Negotiate general contracts with emphasis on pricing, SLAs, and favorable terms.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost savings and improve demand management.
• Act as primary procurement contact for global leaders on MSP expertise.
• Partner with HR to align contingent labor with talent acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with Legal and Risk to ensure compliance and co-employment considerations.
• Monitor MSP performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement with suppliers.
• Facilitate business reviews and manage dispute resolution processes.
Responsabilidades
• 5-8 years in indirect procurement with focus on HR or professional services categories.
