In this position, you will play an active role in daily financial operations and ensure the smooth handling of accounting routines.

Your primary responsibilities include:

- Managing invoicing processes and billing documentation.
- Overseeing supplier accounts, reconciliation, and payment tracking.
- Assisting with monthly and annual accounting closings.
- Preparing regular financial and accounting reports for department analysis and management decision-making.

To be considered for this opportunity,



you should have a solid educational background in administration and accounting along with the necessary practical skills.

The position requires:

- A University Degree in Administration or Higher Vocational Training (FPGS / FPII) in Administration and Finance.
- An advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid Class B driving license and your own vehicle for commuting.
- Relevant previous work experience in a similar administration or finance position is highly valued.
- Proficiency in English is considered a strong plus.

What the company offers:
- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) in the private aeronautics sector.
- A full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00.
