The Recipe (About the Role)
As a 3rd Line Build and Support Engineer, you will deliver advanced technical support,



resolve complex incidents, and head the build and deployment of secure, reliable Information Technology (IT) systems. Acting as the escalation point for Second Line Technicians, you will provide indepth troubleshooting, proactive system monitoring, performance optimisation, and ensure environments are fully prepared and resilient.
You will play a key role in maintaining stability while continuously improving system performance, ensuring the organisation can operate efficiently and securely at scale.
Over the next three to five years, you will be central to advocating the adoption of advanced technologies, modernising infrastructure, and strengthening cyber resilience. Your work will help enable scalable, futureready Information Technology capabilities that support business growth and operational excellence.
