Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support to subscribers of a premier integral video streaming platform.
Resolve technical queries related to streaming quality, account accessibility, and playback issues.
Assist customers with subscription management, billing inquiries, and service updates in Italian.




Maintain a deep understanding of the platform’s content library to offer personalized recommendations.
Monitor and troubleshoot device-specific issues across smart TVs, mobile apps, and web browsers.
Engage with users through chat, email, or voice channels to ensure a seamless entertainment experience.
Consistently meet performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction and response efficiency within the streaming industry.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or work permit for residency.
Strong passion for the streaming and digital media industry.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and technical aptitude for troubleshooting streaming services.
Professional demeanor with the ability to provide empathetic and efficient customer service.
