Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support for Italian-speaking customers regarding online orders, returns, and digital retail experiences.
Maintain a deep understanding of fashion retail trends and Zalando platform functionality to assist users effectively.
Resolve complex consumer inquiries through various channels including chat, email, and telephone.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high satisfaction rates within the competitive e-commerce sector.
Process refund requests and delivery inquiries with precision and a professional retail service mindset.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience by providing feedback on common user pain points.
Stay updated on seasonal retail promotions and logistics updates to guide customers accurately.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or work permit required for all applicants.
