Experteer Overview As Marketing Strategy Manager, you will steer Fever's APAC marketing strategy with full budget ownership for Chinese consumer activity, focusing on data-driven growth within China’s distinct digital ecosystem. You’ll collaborate across Strategy, Growth, Creative, and Product, plus China-based agencies and KOLs/MCNs, to shape Fever’s China playbook and high-impact partnerships (e.G., F1, Harry Potter). You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns in WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu and more, driving awareness, engagement, and ROI. This is a hands-on, globally-minded leadership role in a remote-first APAC market, centered in Shanghai. - Own end-to-end APAC marketing strategy for Fever’s experiences, driving demand and long-term growth across a broad portfolio
- Develop scalable marketing strategies for exclusive APAC experiences and partner events (F1, Harry Potter) and Fever Originals for local markets
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across APAC paid and organic ecosystems (WeChat, Douyin/Ocean Engine, Xiaohongshu, Baidu) with strong ROI
- Collaborate with Business Strategy, Growth Marketing, and Product to analyze performance and define APAC marketing surface strategy
- Design and manage KOL/KOC and MCN strategy, negotiating and managing relationships with relevant creators
- Own paid performance setup and optimization across Tencent Ads and ByteDance Ocean Engine
- Coordinate with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams for unified, high-impact marketing execution and localization
- Lead meetings with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure alignment and delivery of key projects




- Oversee budgeting and full region Pu0026L ownership, with strategic planning and forecasting to support revenue growth
- Leverage advanced data insights to guide decision-making and refine marketing modelsResponsabilidades
- 8+ years in digital and growth marketing with hands-on expertise in the Chinese digital ecosystem (Tencent Ads, ByteDance Ocean Engine, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Baidu)
- Deep knowledge of China’s platform landscape (WeChat Mini Programs/Official Accounts/WeChat Pay, Alipay, Douyin, Xiaohongshu) and journey differences from Western funnels
- Experience running or commissioning KOL/KOC campaigns and negotiating with MCNs, including fee structures
- Proven ability to design and execute large-scale marketing strategies with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance metrics, forecasting, and Pu0026L-driven decisions
- Familiarity with China-specific growth mechanics (pintuan, social gifting, live-commerce) for premium experiences
- Understanding of regulatory and operational considerations for marketing in China
- Excellent executive communication; able to lead meetings with partners and internal teams
- Native/bilingual English; professional Mandarin strongly preferred (spoken and written)
- Bachelor in Business/Marketing or related field; entertainment/experiential marketing experience in China is a plus
- Comfort with remote-first APAC leadership, asynchronous collaboration with vendors/partners
