Experteer Overview
In this role you enable remote support for field technicians and maintain wind turbine OT and IT systems. You ensure uptime, performance, and security of OT components and assist with configuration and parameterization of PCMS. You diagnose and resolve technical issues and communicate solutions to requestors. You will work in an international environment, contributing to reliable service standards and continuous improvement.

• Provide technical expertise to remotely assist field technicians with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems for wind turbine control and OT systems
• Ensure uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of OT components and their parametrization (PCMS)
• Diagnose,
troubleshoot, and resolve technical and service issues and respond to outages
• Develop and document technical solutions and communicate measures to the requester
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related field
• Recognition of Spanish degree equivalency for foreign qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in SCADA and Network environments
• Experience with SQL and communication protocols
• Fluent English language skills
• Willingness to travel
