Experteer Overview In this role you own a key product area end-to-end, setting vision and strategy with autonomy. You will shape AI-driven HR software for thousands of companies, balancing speed with long-term product direction. You’ll evaluate AI impact, define success metrics, and defend decisions to leadership and customers. You collaborate across engineering, design, data teams, and Customer Success to translate deep HR insights into real value.
