Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead real-world evidence initiatives to inform clinical development and regulatory submissions within Johnson u0026amp; Johnson Innovative Medicine. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate high-impact insights from real-world data and trial data, shaping strategies for Neuroscience programs. You’ll oversee end-to-end RWE studies, ensure methodological quality, and communicate complex results to diverse stakeholders. This is a mission-driven opportunity to advance patient outcomes at scale through data-driven evidence.Compensaciones / Incentivos - Develop and manage a portfolio of RWE projects using real-world data to generate insights for pipeline assets - Leverage new scientific and tech developments to propose RWE ideas and initiatives - Lead end-to-end RWE studies from research questions to interpretation - Analyze data to support urgent stakeholder requests - Ensure study and model quality; publish robust RWE studies - Create study protocols and statistical analysis plans - Communicate technical methods and results to diverse audiences to inform decisions - Align RWE generation with regulatory requirements and scientific standardsResponsabilidades - PhD in a quantitative field or Master’s degree with relevant experience - 2+ years post-PhD or 4+ years with Master’s in biopharma, RWE, or healthcare analytics - Experience designing and executing studies with real-world data (claims, EHRs, registries) - Hands-on data engineering and data analysis experience - Proven track record delivering high-impact data science projects - Proficiency in R or Python, SPARQL, Cypher - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Experience with predictive modeling (ML/DL) and forecasting - Familiarity with drug discovery and clinical development in oncology, immunology, neuroscience, or ophthalmology - Hands-on experience with graph neural networks and multi-domain graphs - Bioinformatics experience including pathway or enrichment analysisRequisitos principales - annual bonus with target pay - vacation days - parental leave (min 12 weeks) - bereavement leave - caregiver leave - well-being reimbursement
