Experteer Overview In this IT Delivery Lead role within Allianz Technology’s BMP programme, you own end-to-end technical delivery and serve as the main interface between BMP Retail, senior stakeholders, and delivery teams. You ensure on-time, within-budget delivery that meets quality and security standards, while coordinating with Tribe Leadership and external partners. You drive governance, risk management, and cost planning across development, infrastructure, and vendors. You will shape best practices in CI/CD and automation, contributing to a large-scale transformation in the insurance tech space. - Serve as primary interface to BMP Retail and Allianz Technology senior stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment
- Lead and oversee technical delivery ensuring quality, performance, and security requirements are met
- Manage relationships with external delivery partners and ensure adherence to standards and best practices
- Own delivery budget and timelines, including forecasts, cost tracking, and milestone control
- Collaborate with the Tribe Lead to plan and control costs related to development,



infrastructure, and vendors
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and delivery impediments
- Champion engineering best practices (CI/CD, coding standards, test automation) across squads

- Proven experience as IT Delivery Lead, Technical Project Manager, or similar in complex enterprise environments
- Strong background in technology delivery, preferably large-scale transformation or platform programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior business and IT leaders
- Solid understanding of software engineering practices (CI/CD, QA, security, automation)
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and delivery risks
- Ability to balance delivery pressure with quality and long-term sustainability
- Strong communication and leadership in English
