Experteer Overview
In this role you will support A320/A330 production by delivering concessions, proposing improvements, and engineering repairs for composites and metal. You will bridge design and shop floor, conducting feasibility studies and pre-designs, while aligning with Airbus design and manufacturing rules. You’ll drive continuous improvement and contribute to the RFE innovation process within a multidisciplinary team at Getafe. The opportunity combines hands-on engineering with digital transformation and strict compliance, shaping value across the product lifecycle.

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree
• 3–5 years of engineering experience
• Design or stress analysis capability to enable full signatory rights
• Familiarity with Airbus documentation processes and tools (SAP, ISAMI)
• Proven ability to contribute to the product value chain with ideas
• Ability to work in timescales within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong verbal and written English; Spanish a plus
• Willingness to embrace digital transformation
• Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
