- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Solid technical management skills and teamwork with a collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and Horse Powertrain’s ambitions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Full availability to travel
