Experteer Overview In this role you will redesign and implement payment structures for Glovo’s riders, informed by deep data analysis and modeling. You will work within General Logistics to improve engagement and key operational metrics while ensuring scalable, fair compensation. You will own the experimentation process, validate ideas with A/B tests, and monitor the impact of changes on the logistics network. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to address local rider needs and drive data-driven decisions. - Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights

- Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
- 2+ years in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Python for data analysis and orchestration
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent English
