As Fever's Global Compensation u0026amp; Benefits Manager, you will shape and run a scalable, market-aligned compensation and benefits strategy across 35+ countries. You’ll partner with senior leadership to translate data and market insights into practical decisions, frameworks, and governance. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on analysis to support Fever’s growth, culture, and value system. You’ll influence leadership and establish equitable, competitive programs that adapt to a dynamic global business.

• Own and evolve the global compensation and benefits strategy to align with business objectives and growth across all countries
• Develop and govern job architecture, salary structures, and career progression with internal equity
• Design and implement performance and rewards programs that reinforce company values and priorities
• Design and evolve compensation frameworks and processes (salary reviews, stock option plan, promotions, incentives)
• Benchmark compensation and benefits using market data to inform ranges and expansion into new countries
• Act as subject-matter expert to senior management, ensuring clarity and fairness in compensation decisions
• Establish metrics,



dashboards, and reporting to monitor pay, performance, and equity, and translate data into insights
• Lead development of benefits strategy across markets balancing cost, competitiveness, and scalability
• Manage external compensation providers to ensure high-quality delivery

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in Compensation u0026 Benefits with global program leadership
• Experience designing and implementing compensation frameworks and job architecture
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across cross-functional teams
• Excellent project management and ability to lead multiple integral initiatives
• Strong strategic thinking with focus on balancing employee experience, equity, and cost
• Fluent English (C1 or above)
