Experteer Overview As Project Manager at Fever, you will orchestrate the end-to-end distribution plan for partner experiences across channels. You will act as the central hub bridging Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations to ship on‑time. You’ll drive cross‑functional execution, manage the project pipeline, and build scalable onboarding playbooks. - Design and coordinate end-to-end distribution plans per partner (experiences, channels, timeline, outcomes)
- Act as PMO hub across Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to launch catalogs, unblock issues, and maintain integrations
- Own and prioritize the distribution project pipeline by impact vs. effort
- Develop repeatable onboarding processes and playbooks for partners
- Track KPIs (time-to-launch, coverage, live partners, revenue ramp) and report to stakeholders
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive them to resolutionResponsabilidades




- Engineering background
- 3–5 years in project/program management, PMO, operations, or partner/account coordination
- Experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, travel/ticketing, or e-commerce
- Strong organization and stakeholder management; ability to influence without formal authority
- Business- and partner-oriented; capable of translating needs into actionable plans
- Comfort working across commercial, technical, and operational teams; ability to translate between them
- Process-driven and data‑comfortable (prioritizing KPIs)
- Excellent English and Spanish; third language a plus
- Nice to have: familiarity with distribution/trade partners/marketplace models; hands-on with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion); experience coordinatingtechnical integrationsRequisitos principales
