Experteer Overview In this Site Director role, you lead metro/campus construction programs, guiding delivery, safety, and quality while aligning with Microsoft’s project goals. You partner with local teams and stakeholders to make data-based decisions, manage procurement and budgets, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. You’ll drive cross-group collaboration, champion a cohesive site culture, and ensure timely, cost-effective project outcomes. This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity to shape campus infrastructure at scale.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Monitor and control project budgets and changes (e.G., PERs, PSRs, change orders)
- Coordinate with stakeholders and attend owner/architect/contractor meetings
- Lead delivery of metro/campus projects, ensuring schedule adherence and risk mitigation
- Oversee procurement execution for resources and materials to meet budgets
- Drive progress reporting on scope, schedule, standards, and budget
- Provide safety leadership, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Review engineering docs, site/building plans to identify risks and improve constructability
- Manage vendor/contractor performance, contracts, invoices, and cash flow
- Promote quality standards and address non-conformances per OKRs
- Support talent management and cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goalsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
