In this role you lead SAP HCM projects from inception to go-live, aligning with general business needs and SAP best practices. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize solutions and ensure reliable AMS delivery. You will act as a functional lead for complex Payroll, PA, and TM issues, shaping HR digital processes. You join a diverse, innovation-driven GBS that supports a sustainable, digital future through People, processes, and technology.

• Lead SAP HCM projects from initiation through go-live with scope, timeline, and quality alignment
• Capture, analyze, and refine business requirements; drive SAP standardization and best practices
• Own and manage AMS service delivery with SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
• Act as functional lead and escalation point for Payroll, PA, and TM issues
• Prepare functional specs, support testing, coordinate deployments and post-go-live support
• Build relationships with stakeholders and advise on SAP HCM processes and solutions

Responsabilidades
• 8-10+ years of SAP HCM experience with Payroll, PA, and TM




• Experience in international and multi-country payroll environments
• End-to-end SAP HCM project delivery including requirements, design, config, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare
• Experience managing AMS, including SLA/KPI monitoring, incident management, service governance, continuous improvement
• Expert knowledge of Payroll processing, schemas/PCRs, ALE posting, payroll accounting integration, and legal reporting
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP standard solutions with best-practice recommendations
• Experience leading customer-facing discussions and coordinating onshore/offshore teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills; proactive and autonomous
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Availability to travel
