Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen Cisco's software development lifecycle with industry-leading security practices. You’ll build and tune tooling to detect and prioritize vulnerabilities, ensuring consistent security processes across product teams. You will triage findings from SAST/DAST, cloud scanners, external reports, and pentests, and drive continuous process improvements with a metrics-driven approach. You’ll partner with development, release, and other security teams to promote security best practices and clearly communicate risk and solutions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional opportunity to shape how security signals are detected, prioritized, and remediated at scale.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Build and deploy tools to detect vulnerabilities and tune them for valuable signals
- Triage findings from diverse sources (SAST/DAST, cloud scanners, external reports, pentests)




- Own and continuously improve security processes with a focus on impact metrics
- Partner with development, release, and security teams to address vulnerabilities promptly
- Communicate risk and recommended fixes clearly to stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Technical background in information security or related field with Linux security knowledge
- Significant automation experience in security using Go, Python, Bash, or IaC tools (Terraform)
- Demonstrated leadership of security projects from design to delivery
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
