- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex sports events and programs from planning to execution
- Track and report project KPIs, SLAs, milestones, risks, and performance
- Serve as main client contact (CIO/CTO level) and manage expectations
- Identify risks and issues; implement mitigation plans with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee financials including budgeting, cost control, margins, billing, and contractual changes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, HR, legal, finance) and manage external vendors




- Handle logistics and operations: travel, accommodation, visas, on-site security coordination
- Conduct post-event reviews and develop reusable playbooks for continuous improvementResponsabilidades
- 5+ years' experience managing complex tech projects (events or smart venues)
- Strong project management skills with ability to plan and deliver large-scale projects
- Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, Six Sigma; ITIL Foundation welcome

- Clear communicator with technical and business stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization
