Experteer Overview As an LQA Analyst I at 2K, you contribute to ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy in localized game builds. You will work within the Integral Localization team to shape how games resonate in Arabic and other languages, starting from pre-release content. You’ll learn the localization workflow, identify issues, and help maintain quality standards across platforms. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in linguistic QA, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and exposure to industry-leading tools.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Execute test passes on localized builds to verify linguistic, functional, and visual accuracy
- Identify and log localization bugs with detailed, reproducible steps
- Ensure consistency in spelling, grammar, terminology, tone, and cultural appropriateness
- Amend or propose edits and translations in text management systems
- Analyze issues to identify root causes and potential systemic localization risks
- Flag localization risks early in development, including variables and UI constraints
- Support glossary and style guide validation as part of quality reviews
- Follow test plans and contribute to test case creation and improvement
- Evaluate localization quality against first-party standards and branding requirements




- Review tickets and player reports to reproduce and escalate verified issues
- Participate in LQA standups, bug triage, and milestone QA reviews
- Stay current on project terminology and serve as a resource for native ArabicResponsabilidades
- Native level fluency in Arabic
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Some QA experience (functional QA, localization QA, or related testing) with linguistic skills in Arabic
- Experience with game consoles, mobile platforms, or game terminology
- Familiarity with QA workflows, bug logging, and test execution
- Knowledge of JIRA, bug tracking, or text management systems
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work under deadlines and follow instructions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exposure to localization or CAT tools (e.G., Trados, MemoQ, XLOC)
- ISTQB certification or equivalent QA accreditation
- Knowledge of regional age rating standards in supported territories
